WHAT IS DIGITIZING?
Digitizing is the process of creating the actual stitch file of your logo. This is a one-time Set-Up for embroidery. The Set-up fee is determined based on the stitch count of your logo and can range from $25-125+ depending on size. For Embroidery orders over 50 quantity, we offer FREE DIGITIZING.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Email your current logo to toldesigns229@gmail.com Once received we can provide you with a Set-Up estimate and virtual proof. In addition, begin communication about what style you are interested in.
Whats the price?
A 50% deposit is required at the placement of your order. Final payment is due upon receipt of merchandise.
Changes to already placed orders will need to be in writing and signed off by both parties.
One piece pricing:
$12- $18 per name or (a monogram); one line of embroidery
$15 - $20 per right or left chest business logo up to 5 x 5"
$18 - $20 per front hat design additional for back/sides of hat
Add $35 to upgrade to special thread or fabric, like metallic thread, or a special-order color.
What's the process?
If you ordered a custom product, then we will provide you with a full-color proof after we have received your order and payment. This allows you to see exactly what your order will look like before we make it. You will need to approve this proof before your order goes into production.
If you request changes, we will provide you with a new proof that includes your requested changes.
Once we have your approval, we will begin creating your order and final product will look exactly like your proof.
Production times vary depending upon the item, level of customization, and production method.

After your order is complete, we will notify you that your order is ready for pick-up. If you request that it be shipped, then you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.
